An action schedule (or action plot as it is often described) is the first step in achieving a SMART goal. It maps outside the tasks and activities to be undertaken. In essence, it’s a table. Often this method breaking down the overall goal into a jigsaw of sub-goals. These sub-goals when pieced together constitute up the overall goal. The action also involves job determination, task/activity identification and sequencing as well as other considerations. This data is then developed as a schedule. So what is involved?
